This 50-minute, high-intensity, low-impact workout uses slow, controlled movements on custom-built reformers to help improve muscular endurance. Proceeds from this class will support Muttville’s mission to care for and rehome senior dogs in need. Sweat for a cause and leave feeling strong inside and out!
