Senior dog Bixby is an ambassador for shelters dogs and believes they can take their humans on amazing adventures if they just allow them to be rescued.
Four years ago, Bixby encouraged her human to emBARK on an epic adventure criss-crossing this beautiful country on a cargo bicycle with a mission to share the importance of pet adoption and supporting your local animal shelters.
Along the way, they saw some amazing scenery, met some even more amazing people and established a new Guinness Record for distance traveled on an electric bike (in fact, they tripled the previous record by traveling 25,000 miles…wow!!).
They’re about to wrap up their incredible journey this weekend and stopping by our adoption event to encourage folks to support Muttville!
