Shelby is looking for a new home as her owner can no longer care for her. She’s an approx. 8.5-year-old, 78-pound, total sweetheart American Staffordshire rescue. Shelby loves toys, bones, and snuggles. She’s not very shy and will probably give you all sorts of love right off the bat!
She would be best in a home without cats, as she likes to chase them. Shelby has lived with another dog in the past, so she may do well with another calm and friendly dog. But she would probably prefer to be an only dog if possible! Shelby hasn’t met any young kids, so we’re not sure how she would do with them.
She’s spayed, microchipped, house-trained, and has a medium energy level. She does well on leash, is okay when left alone, and knows basic commands. Shelby can do it all!
She’s really a wonderful dog and deserves a second chance in a loving home.
