Lucy and Larry!!!
These two make an adorable pair and really adapt well to new situations. These sweeties love each other and will love you too! Both are bed aficionados, willing to try out any bed for coziness, even better if it’s in the sun.
Here’s what their foster has to say:
Larry has really blossomed into an energetic and outgoing dog. He acts like a well-behaved puppy. When a neighbor asked how old the dogs are, I told him 13 and 10. He thought Larry was 10 months old and not 10 years old!
Lucy sits excitedly, smiles, and taps her front paws on the ground for more pets, scratches, and carrot treats. She is beyond sweet and basically just like a puddle of love and joy! After three weeks of careful calorie counting and countless short walks, Lucy has lost close to three pounds.
Both doggies like to be scratched on their heads and under their chins. Larry is quick to roll over to have his belly scratched, too. They are filled with doggie kisses for their humans and each other. Neither dog seems to experience separation anxiety when left together or alone. These two love to be outdoors, but seem perfectly content to chill indoors, as well. Lucy and Larry are extremely well-mannered, undemanding, and an absolute pleasure to have around!
We’re delighted to report that Larry is currently in a loving and caring home!
