Sweet Phil is looking for a special person, he is not your normal dog! He needs a home that is willing to be very patient, he came to us frozen with fear and unable to walk outside or on a leash at all. though not aggressive at all, he takes time to bond and may have had a very rough past. It is very rewarding to watch him get to know and feel secure in his new situation. Muttville is looking for a home with love and a backyard that is easily accessible so Phil can go outside. Though Phil isn’t for everyone, he is safe in his foster home, till that special person comes.
We are committed to making his days full of love, he deserves this.
We think Phil is between 7-9 years young, weighing about 30 lbs.
